Refunds & Returns
Damaged goods: Please provide a photo of damaged goods (emailed to denise@resolute.ie) within 48 hours of receiving your candle accompanied by receipt of purchase & we will be happy to provide you with a replacement candle or refund.
Returns: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. The items must be returned in their original packaging - damaged & used products will not be accepted. Please provide a copy of receipt of purchase (emailed to denise@resolute.ie)
Please be advised you will be liable for returns postage - please check with your local post office for postage costs.
Please allow 14 days from the date we receive your returned order to have your refund processed through the original method of payment.
* Each order will be accompanied with a candle care card & safety instructions will also be provided below each candle jar. Please read & follow these safety & candle care guidelines to get the best result each time you burn your candle. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in your candle burning faster than normal or sooting/ higher flame if the wick is not trimmed.
* Always follow fire safety guidelines & never leave your candle unattended.
Gifting: If you would like your order shipped to a different address as a gift please email denise@resolute.ie (the same day as the order is placed) with the name & address of the person whom you are sending the candle as a gift. We will happily add a short message to the recipient which you can also add in your email.
Shipping: Your candle will be delivered with An Post. We strive to ship your candle as quick as possible once your order is processed. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for your order to be delivered. Please note delays may be unavoidable due to covid)
