Denise Coughlan - Owner of Resolute Studios
Denise is a former International gymnast in Sports Acrobatics & coach. She has over 20 years experience in Health & Fitness. In 2003 she qualified in NCEHs Pilates Matwork, since learning Pilates 17 years on she has done numerous workshops with BodyFirm and courses in STOTT PILATES Beginners,Intermediate and Advanced Matwork. She is also a qualified Phase IV Cardiac Rehabiliation Exercise Instructor providing specialist instruction to people with heart conditions anything from Angina to Bypass Surgery following referral from the Hospital or Doctor.
She believes constant training & learning is the key to the success of her classes. Always keeping up to date with the new courses in the Pilates & Fitness Industry.
Denise's classes have been recognised by numerous Physios who are now recommending her classes as the place to go for specialist back care & rehab.
She has worked with the Under 16s National Ladies Basketball Team providing specialist Pilates programs as an addition to their fitness training as well as many corporate groups.
