Class sizes are kept to a small group to receive the extra attention and care that each individual needs. Pilates courses are in 8 week terms rather than pay as you go so we have your commitment to continue to progress and develop your technique each week with the same group of participants working at appropriate levels from Beginners to Advanced. |

Roll and Release
A class using Foam Rollers and Massage balls for myofascial release techniques and exercises to help release tight muscles and fascia. A perfect class to compliment any outside exercise and sporting activities such as running and golf to name a few but also to anyone who would like a self massage that goes deep into the muscle and fascia using equipment and techniques you can practice at home. You do not need any experience to take part in this class. |
Flexibility Flow
A class of gentle stretching and mobility exercises to stretch and release the body and to increase range of movement in the joints. We use Pilates breathwork to get the full benefit from each of the movements and promote rest and relaxation. You do not need any experience to take part in this class. Another class that would be fabulous to compliment any other activities or classes you may take part in. |

Pilates Mix
A class using a mix of Pilates and other core movements for a full body workout. This class is a pay as you go class so is perfect for anyone who would like to try Pilates but not have to commit to a full course. As this is a pay as you go class it will be a mixed level class so is open to complete beginners and also those who have experience exercising and Pilates. This is not a one size fits all class so the level of each moment can be adjusted to suit each individual participant in the class. |
