Pilates for Golfers

If you are experiencing back pain, general aches and pains, stiffness, recovering from injury or you are just searching for a programme to compliment your game and in turn improve the above and so much more! In this programme you will have 3 months unlimited access anytime, anywhere to the videos created specifically with Golfers in mind. There is a set 12 week programme designed for you to follow or you can chose your own. You do not need to have any level of fitness or previous Pilates experience to take part. You can chose from: * Warm Up * Strength * Balance * Flexibility & Mobility * Myofascial Release In the Warm Up category, movements have been broken down into individual videos so you can select specific exercises for you to use to warm up in preparation for your game. You can do as many videos as you like each week. Mixing up the categories would be recommended to get the full benefits of each section. In the Strength Category we practice Pilates movements targeting areas of concern for Golfers using your club and exercise mat. In the Balance Category we go through movements to both challenge and improve balance. In the Flexibility & Mobility Category we practice movements to lengthen muscles, reduce tightness and restore movement.
