Our Pilates classes are mat based classes using small pieces of equipment to add in that extra challenge. Class sizes are kept to a small group to receive the extra attention and care that each individual needs.
Pilates courses are in 8 week terms rather than pay as you go so we have your commitment to continue to progress and develop your technique each week with the same group of participants working at appropriate levels from Beginners to Advanced.
