Join me on the week of the Summer Solstice for this gorgeous evening of gentle movement Rest, Rejuvenation, Reiki Healing & Cord Cutting.
No matter the weather you are gauranteed an amazing sunset with an ocean view projected around the room transporting you away as you listen to sounds of the rippling waves.
I will guide you through a gorgeous flow of gentle movements to restore the body's motion: "Change happens through movement and movement Heals" - Joseph Pilates.
We will finish with a Cord Cutting of what no longer serves you for your highest good and Reiki Energy Healing for each individual to help restore physical and emotional well-being while we bringing our minds and bodies to rest.
