Ocean Escape
Enter into the Underwater Oasis where you will experience the sights and sounds of the deep sea with its calming calls of the whales and waves. Here we will move through a sequence of exercises to restore the body's movement on the mat.
Following our full body release it's out with the pillows and blankets for our relaxation and group Reiki Energy Healing. Each person will receive a hands on and distant Reiki to where the energy is guided to go. You will be fully rested by the time your eyes open!
You have the option to share your experience to the group at the end of the Reiki.
