This complementary therapy will be an hour and a half just for you. A truly lifechanging and transformative therapy - Reiki works on the Physical, Emotional, Mental & Spiritual Wellbeing, bringing about balance and so much more.
You will receive a single Angel Card reading with any messages of support & guidance before we begin.
During the Reiki we lower our expectations of what we want & instead raise our intentions of what we need. Often during the sessions both therapist & client receive downloads or messages from our "Teams" and we will spend some time after the Reiki finishes discussing what may have come up for both.
Clients are often so sure of what they would like to get from the sessions when in truth Reiki surprises each & every time as it knows exactly what each person needs more than the person themselves!
It is recommended to do 4 Reiki sessions (consecutively ideally) as you will go through what is called "The Healing Crisis" as Chakras begin to balance & your Physical, Emotional, Mental & Spiritual Wellbeing in no particular order will start to positively shift for your highest good.

Angel Card Readings
Angel cards always come from a place of hope, love & encouragement but you are in control of the decisions & choices of your life's journey.
When you make an Angel Card reading booking your "Team" (Archangels, Angels & Guides) have already kicked into action to make the connection to relay any messages through the cards.
Card readings generally last between 30 minutes to 1 hour and when you arrive we will discuss the reason for your reading & I will choose a spread that I think will be best to suited to you, maybe relationships or a general life direction spread.
We will spend some time deepening the connection with your team & begin the reading. You may want to bring a journal to write down the messages as it is my job to relay the messages not to remember them as they come through.
