A Journey through the Chakras - Soundbath
Join me for a unique Sound Experience where you will be immersed in the Chakra Shabd Sounds as we journey through each of the Chakras using Tibetan Singing Bowls, chimes and other sound healing instruments.
Each chakra has its own frequency and Shabd Sound - for example: The Root Chakra Shabd Sound is Thunder. We will journey through all 7 Chakras ending with the Crown Chakra, Shabd Sound: Om. Here I will send some distant Reiki Energy Healing to all present, asking to send this beautiful energy healing to where it is needed most for your highest good, Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual.
I will finish by picking an individual Angel Card for everyone. You may have a specific question or are seeking guidance and you can ask the cards.
Sound Healing is fabulous for helping to reduce stress, encourage relaxation, help to improve sleep, can help to boost your immune system and improve your overall wellbeing.
